Explore The New Gucci Good Game Capsule Collection

The renowned Italian fashion house Gucci, known for its innovative designs, has just dropped its “Good Game” capsule collection. The luxury house is known for its monogram GG, courtesy of the founder of the house, Guccio Gucci. The monogram is commonly found on clothing and accessories within the house. With this new Good Game capsule collection, Gucci is acknowledging and exploring the house’s relativity towards gaming, where players acknowledge each other at the end of the game through the phrase “Good Game,” or “GG” (shortened version).

The multiple meanings of the infamous monogram GG are explored through the fashion houses’ unique and vibrant collection. As part of the capsule, ensembles include eclectic and multicoloured pieces of clothing alongside bags of different shapes and sizes embellished with an interlocking GG logo.

Guccio Gucci’s monogram has paid tribute to the brand’s history since the 1960s. Adding an element of duality to the emblematic symbol, the GG is also an abbreviation of ‘Good Game’ – the saluting message shared at the end of games by competitors when they turn back into companions.Through the emblematic motif, the special capsule collection celebrates the shared values of the House and the world of gaming, manifested by Gucci Good Game as it creates hubs for self-expression, talent, and freedom.
