With just a few hours near the Elite Model Look final showdown, it seems that one of the most popular contenders on the male division is Georgian model Luka Jajvani. With 1.7k likes on the Elite Model Look database, it seems that he is quite near to win ”The Most Popular Model Award”. Luka’s story for the contest is quite a particular one. Having heard on a T.V. commercial of the Elite Model Look Georgia contest, the sixteen-year-old boy decided to give it a try.
Luka is new to the fashion scene, being the Elite Model Look International competition his first modeling experience, but at such a young age he has recently modeled during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi (a Mercedes-Benz-sponsored Georgian fashion week in Georgia’s capital city, Tbilisi) for an important fashion designer: the young and talented Georgian post-contemporary designer Ria Keburia, a designer influenced by Georgian culture flawlessly blended with multinational spirits. Self-described as aristocratic, athletic, and refined, the Georgian model considers modeling as a way to express himself. He looks up to British model icon David Gandy, and his favorite designer is Yohji Yamamoto. Like some of the most popular models, like fashion’s social media sensation Lucky Blue Smith and French top model Baptiste Giabiconi, Luka’s passion besides modeling, basketball and travelling, includes singing, hoping to combine fashion and music in the near future.
It is pretty sure that we will see more from Luka in the years to come. Be sure to show your support by giving him a like, tweet or follow to his Elite Model Profile if you want him to win ”The Most Popular Model Award”.
Special thanks to Ms. Ia Kitsmarishvili, Director of Elite Model Look Georgia.
