NYC-based fashion photographer Chris Fucile @chrisfucilephotography presents this fashion editorial exclusively created for Vanity Teen online with the model Evan Slack @evantheslacker represented by Q Management @qmodels.
The editorial was inspired by several New York designers as well as the model himself with a timeless and classic approach. This is a story that is meant to play with classic menswear while incorporating more modern and feminine elements.
Chris and Evan worked in tandem to devise the feeling of the shots through the movement and poses of the model and how he felt within the clothing. “Ultimately we feel we came up with something that feels like an intimate and personal portrait of the model,” says the photographer.
The equipment used was used a Nikon D810 full-frame camera and a Nikkor 50mm lens, and the lighting was achieved through a monolight strobe setup.
The model is wearing pieces from Linder Menswear, Personal Parade, Apotts, Aknvas, Desigual, Fried Rice, Doc Martens, and the model’s own clothing to achieve that empowerment and elegant aesthetic.
