Balmain invites you to step into a world where sophistication meets audacity, unveiling its Fall-Winter 2025 campaign: a vivid celebration of a real, authentic woman who lives boldly, embodying the very soul of the house and the visionary spirit of Creative Director Olivier Rousteing.
Shot through the intimate and magnetic lens of Juergen Teller, the campaign unfolds within the storied walls of the legendary Parisian institution, Lapérouse. Here, past and present collide: a tribute to Balmain’s rich heritage, where the silhouettes of the ’50s and ’60s embrace the daring flair of the ’80s, reimagined with a fiercely modern edge.
The Balmain woman moves through her day wrapped in protective yet sensual layers: soft cashmere and mohair intertwine with bold leather and armor-inspired structures, reflecting both strength and vulnerability in a striking balance. At the collection’s core stands the reimagined Anthem Bag in a deep, captivating burgundy: a powerful emblem of Balmain’s enduring connection to music, culture, and the ever-evolving language of style. Paired with sculptural boots that shift from sharply tailored to elegantly draped forms, each step resonates with purpose, mirroring the collection’s duality of softness and strength.
A seamless blend of artisanal skill and forward-thinking design defines the collection. Most notably, resin tiles are artfully assembled into three-dimensional croco-effect dresses, embodying a narrative of self-discovery and evolution.
This campaign is a bold declaration, where Parisian sophistication meets fearless modernity, and heritage effortlessly converges with innovation.
