Where Californian warmth meets Tokyo’s nocturnal energy, UGG and AMBUSH® compose silhouettes that balance comfort with rebellion, nostalgia with avant-garde.
A meeting of two worlds: UGG’s California soul and AMBUSH®’s Tokyo pulse. The second chapter of their collaboration emerges as a sculptural reinterpretation of UGG’s iconic fabric, reframed through Yoon Ahn’s avant-garde gaze.
The capsule channels the restless electricity of Shibuya — a neighborhood that has long stood as Tokyo’s stage for youth culture, experimentation, and street style. Here, American craft collides with Japanese savoir-faire, yielding silhouettes that are both instinctively urban and quietly luxurious.
Shearling heels in ivory and warm tobacco, boots in grain leather, supple nubuck, or UGG’s signature sheepskin: each piece is designed to oscillate between ease and edge, from street to salon, from day into night.
Fronted by Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba, the campaign slips into a Y2K street-film aesthetic, an ode to freedom, grit, and the unfiltered spirit of the city.
“The boots and shoes I first saw in Shibuya have always stayed with me. This collection is my love letter to the neighborhood, and to the city that continues to inspire me,” — YOON, Co-Founder and Creative Director, AMBUSH®
The collection will be available from September 12, with prices starting at $325, across UGG.com, AMBUSHdesign.com, select UGG and AMBUSH® boutiques, and leading global retailers.
