Thanks to the efforts of the Kering Group and under the direction of GUCCI’s President and CEO, Marco Bizzarri, a spectacular space curated by Italian fashion expert Maria Luisa Frisa has been created. This exhibition brings together the best of GUCCI, from its equestrian origins to its iconic handbags and archive looks created by Tom Ford, Frida Giannini, and Alessandro Michele.
“GUCCI Cosmos” will take you on a journey through eight thematic “worlds,” starting with the fascinating tale of founder Guccio Gucci and his experience at the Savoy Hotel in London. Dive into the spaces called “Eden” and “Diorama” to explore the brand’s floral prints and equestrian heritage. Surprises await you at every corner, like 10-meter luminous sculptures inspired by Alessandro Michele and Jared Leto!
Don’t miss the “Archivio” room, where the atmosphere of the GUCCI Archive in Florence is recreated, nor the “Carousel” installation, which merges Chinese calligraphic art and intergenerational design with a local touch. And, of course, let the “Duomo” transport you to the heart of Florence with a replica of the Santa Maria del Fiore Dome, where you can enjoy a surrounding light show featuring GUCCI prints and panoramic views of the exhibition.
