Belgian designer Raf Simons launches an online store named “History of my World” with exclusive and hand-made items. The name was formerly used for the brand’s collection launched in 2005 to commemorate its 10th anniversary.
The store includes a wide range of items such as apparel, household items, and more, offering a curation of pieces selected by Raf Simons which reflect the designer’s point of view, aesthetic, and philosophy. 45 different blankets, elaborating on Simons’ Spring/Summer 2021 theme of family and community.
In these dark times of isolation and quarantines, we would like to celebrate the personal and intimate bonds we share with family, friends, peers, and communities. Every single one of these blankets is handmade and entirely unique. An investment piece to cherish forever.
The platform and collection also include rare candles as well as some exclusive books such as “Isolated Heroes”, “Raf Simons Redux” and “Woe Onto Those Who Spit on the Fear Generation The Wind” Will Blow it Back…” that come with a custom-message handwritten by Raf Simons himself. In addition, limited edition items and special collaboration items will be released in the future.
