In a moment when fashion often feels over-polished, algorithmic, and safe, Myus Studio arrives like a beautiful disturbance.
For FW26, the emerging label steps into darker territory with “It’s A Jungle Out There”, a collection that imagines elegance not as a symbol of order — but as something fragile trying to survive in chaos. Civilization is slipping. Instinct is returning. And fashion, here, becomes a kind of poetic survival strategy.
Presented as part of Vanity Teen’s On Our Radar – Special Edition FW26 Paris, the collection positions Myus Studio among a new generation of designers who are less interested in perfection and more fascinated by tension: between softness and danger, refinement and instinct, couture fragility and primal energy.
The narrative is clear from the start. This is a world where the rules of civilization are dissolving at the edges. What remains is a strange, seductive wilderness where beauty still exists — but it moves differently now. It wanders.
Silhouettes feel almost nomadic, drifting through the collection like rare creatures adapting to an unfamiliar landscape. Dresses cut on bias silk charmeuse glide across the body with liquid sensuality, their movement intentionally unstable, as if elegance itself were learning how to walk again.
Craftsmanship sits quietly at the heart of the project. Everything is produced between Italy and Paris, anchoring the collection in traditional European savoir-faire while the aesthetic pushes toward something far more untamed. Feathers are individually hand-sewn, lace details are delicately constructed by hand, and every garment carries the feeling of a piece made slowly — almost ceremonially.
But softness is only half the story.
Against the fragile silk and lace, exotic leathers and deep material contrasts introduce a sharper tension. Surfaces shift from fluid to raw, from luminous to shadowed, creating the sense that these garments belong to a world where luxury and survival collide. The result feels less like classic eveningwear and more like ceremonial armor for a new, unpredictable era.
There’s something unmistakably cinematic about the Myus Studio universe — a dark fairytale where elegance hasn’t disappeared, but has evolved. It has grown wilder. More instinctive. Slightly dangerous.
And that’s precisely what makes it compelling.
In the crowded ecosystem of emerging fashion, where many young brands chase visibility through noise, Myus Studio moves differently. It builds atmosphere. It builds mythology. It builds a world.
With “It’s A Jungle Out There,” the label doesn’t just present clothes — it stages a quiet rebellion against the idea that beauty must always be controlled.
Because sometimes the most powerful form of elegance is the one that looks like it might escape.
