Gucci introduces the Cub3d Sneaker, a remarkable addition to its footwear line that boldly highlights the brand’s commitment to sustainability without sacrificing style. This innovative sneaker features a sole crafted through a 3D printing process known as selective laser synthesis, a method that not only enhances the sole’s lightweight structure but also exemplifies Gucci’s embrace of advanced technology.
The upper part of the sneaker is constructed from Demetra, Gucci’s revolutionary eco-friendly material. Comprising 70% plant-based components, Demetra is at the forefront of reducing the environmental impact of the fashion industry. The design is further enhanced by the inclusion of 100% recycled polyester, reinforcing Gucci’s dedication to environmentally conscious fashion practices.
Exclusivity defines this release, with only 20 pairs made available, each marked by a unique serial number and accompanied by distinctive packaging that underscores their rarity and luxury. These limited edition sneakers are exclusively available at Gucci’s flagship store during Milan Design Week, a fitting debut for a product that redefines the intersection of luxury footwear and sustainable innovation.
