Continuing their unique “paparazzi-style” filming approach, GUCCI has recently introduced a new series of advertisements. Previously, this distinctive style was employed in commercials featuring Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny in September of last year. This fresh campaign, designed for their travel series, sticks to the earlier concept, evoking the jet-set image of the 90s.

The latest advertisement stars GUCCI’s global ambassador, actress Ni Ni, and Taiwanese actor Chang Chen. Both are also known for their roles in the Chinese drama “Chen Xi Yuan”. The campaign, masterminded by GUCCI’s creative director Sabato De Sarno and captured by photographer Anthony Seklaoui, simulates the feel of paparazzi shots taken at an airport.
In a related short video directed by Jeremy Z.qin, the actors accidentally swap their luggage, which includes GUCCI’s “Savoy” canvas bag. The bag, prominently featuring the iconic GG monogram and the brand’s signature Web stripes, is a focal point of the campaign. The video also showcases travel carts and other accessories adorned with the same distinctive elements.
