DMCKal launches its autumn-winter 2020 lookbook for the collection “COLOR MINDED” in which neon colors are the main theme. Using bold colors and different materials alongside the brand’s iconic butterfly logo which will also be presented in a diversified way, the brand wants to use this collection as a metaphor for self-rebirth in the “post-epidemic era”. Comparing their butterfly logo to our current situation, they state that the world will change after “turning cocoons into butterflies”.
This is a very strong collection, provided by the strong colors in contrast with the black surfaces and black lettering. From vests, sportswear and windbreakers to yellow snake pattern and sweaters, the strength of the collection is really visible in the designs, as well as in the background and the lookbook’s style.
