C.P. Company’s urban performance-driven collection takes shape as a clear manifesto of the brand’s vision for Fall/Winter 026. Within this framework, Metropolis Series operates as a field of research into contemporary city wear, exploring clothing as a technical extension of the individual. Not a mask, but a shield, where garments operate as structure, acting as an interface between body and city. Metropolis Series affirms human presence within the city: collective, interconnected, and in dialogue with architecture, rhythm, and community.
This philosophy translates into a wardrobe conceived as infrastructure: essential, functional, and built to endure the conditions of the city. Merino knits, gabardine overshirts, and cargo pants are combined with high-performance outerwear developed in Nano Titanium, Micro-Tek(R), Metro-Tek, and Metro Shield, defining a technical approach to daily urban wear.
Nano Titanium, a nylon and polyester split fibre yarn with a protective coating and a technical finish resistant to corrosion, stands out as a defining material within the collection. First introduced in Spring/Summer 026, the fabric, enhanced with the Re-Colour treatment and paired with a detachable inner felt jacket, delivers a dark metal texture that reinforces both the design language and the identity of the Metropolis Series.
In Micro-Tek(R) styles, a mechanical stretch micro rip-stop polyester with a high-density dobby construction is combined with the use of special recycled and bio-based yarns, contributing to deep colour development and a structured surface. Functional details include a concealable hood and bottom zip gaiter, both made from 15-denier laminated rip-stop nylon, as well as internal pockets with hook-and-loop fasteners and press buttons.
