Coming to cinemas on December 22nd, “The Iron Claw” will take viewers into the height of the Von Erich brothers’ wrestling days in the 1980s. The film, funded and produced by A24, is penned and helmed by Sean Durkin of “Martha Marcy May Marlene” fame.
The cast is star-studded, with Zac Efron, Jeremy Allen White of “The Bear”, “Triangle of Sadness” star Harris Dickinson, and “Mindhunter’s” Holt McCallany portraying the brothers Kevin Von Erich, Kerry Von Erich, David Von Erich, and Fritz Von Erich, respectively. Maura Tierney is cast as the Von Erich family matriarch, and Lily James plays Kevin Von Erich’s wife. Take a look at the new first-look photo of the brothers above.
