Oleksandr Kalinovskyi (@provocame) is an athlete from Ukraine who besides being a personal trainer and a businessman (founder of @provomen) also models.

Despite modeling as a hobby and having done some stunning photoshoots, he focuses on fitness, personal training, nutrition and self-care. He gives great advice on his Instagram posts on how to keep fit with a good diet and which skin-care and self-care routines to follow, but for personal attention regarding fitness and nutrition matters, he’s the owner of provofit.com, a website in which he will help you achieve your dream body.

Moreover, he has also launched his swimwear collection for his brand Provomen, a brand that offers high-quality male underwear and their latest launch, swimwear. They offer “one-of-a-kind, handmade male underwear, swimwear for men who want a comfortable, breathable, eco-natural logo-less product with maximum comfort and perfect fit.”

Oleksandr is a really self-care enthusiast and so he takes care of his perfect body, as it can be seen from the photos he uploads to his Instagram account and also when he models for his own brand.

We asked him some questions regarding the matters that define better his profile. In them, he gives some great advice in many fields which needs to be taken seriously. He can definitely help anyone.

Q: How important is self-care to you?

A: Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, physical and emotional health. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. It’s also a key to transmit good feelings to others.

Q: We’ve seen that you do some modeling jobs. How did you start modeling?

A: My first professional photoshoot was at the age of seventeen. I was skinny, but super fit track and field athlete. I got an opportunity to work in Thailand in the summer. That wasn’t fun as I had zero clues and never been really interested to be a model. I got a contract for two months and earn my first “big” money. Step by step I became to be more interested in brands and magazines. Modeling is my hobby. I like to surprise my audience and bring extra motivation trough content.

Q: Can you tell us about how do you keep healthy and in such great shape?

A: The main key to natural healthy shape is to care what you consume. My daily routine consists of 30% of the time cooking home-made food. If you nourish the body from inside you will be glowing from outside.

Q: How is your underwear brand “Provomen” going?

A: We have launched swimwear recently. New types of swimwear are coming. Taylors are working patiently for new underwear and sportswear collection to find the ideal fit and final unique touch. We are planning to open the corner-shops around the globe. In July Provomen has the first anniversary.

Q: Which advice would you have loved to hear before?

A: I wouldn’t know. I try to follow ethical manners and always listen to my guts. For sure love, family and sprinkle the love wherever you go.

Q: How would you describe yourself?

A: My sign is Leo. Goals orientated, loyal, consistent, creative and brave. I put all my love into relationships. Fearless optimists who refuse to accept failure.

Q: What inspires you in your daily life?

A: People who’s helping others. My past and lessons I’ve learned.

Q: Would you give any advice for those who are struggling with their body shape?

A: Everyone is beautiful and needs to love themselves. Find your weaknesses and overcome them. Never give up. Never wait. One hour walk burns 500 kcal. Water balance is important: keep your metabolism high and clean your body.
