This year’s winners? Over 1,200 projects from 75 countries, and 22 got a share of that sweet €100,000 prize. Here’s a taste of the winning projects:

1. Landesa – fightin’ poverty in Liberia with multilingual audiobooks teachin’ peeps about land rights.
2. AkoFresh – sayin’ bye to hunger with a solar-powered cold storage system for perishable crops in Ghana.
3. Habibi and Sport for Refugees – bringin’ health and well-being to refugees in Greece through sports.
4. Parvin House – helpin’ pregnant moms with addictions recover in Iran.
5. Poderosas Colombia – spreadin’ quality education with a sexual health program in vulnerable communities.
