Casaornella — where aesthetics become destiny—opens a new horizon. Born as an experimental apartment in the heart of Milan’s 5Vie district, it has evolved over the years into a living narrative organism: a place that shifts its skin season after season, where design, art, and intimacy meet in an ever-changing mise-en-scène.
At the helm is Maria Vittoria Paggini, designer and creative director. Her hand has defined a language that is both recognizable and fluid, capable of renewing itself without losing its identity. Casaornella is her visual alphabet: spaces turning into stories, materials taking on rhythm, objects becoming gestures.

Each edition has written a new chapter:
“L’Appuntamento” explored the poetics of waiting.
“Porno Chic” stripped the gaze bare.
“Mediterranea – Andamento Lento” embraced slowness as a design stance.
The projects and metamorphoses within the house—its themes, installations, palettes, and materials—trace an aesthetic trajectory in constant evolution. Every edition becomes a chapter in a living archive, a research practice that recomposes and reinvents itself with each transformation.
Today, that journey opens onto a new direction.

CASAORNELLA SLEEPOVER
Casaornella’s vision enters the world of hospitality.
Sleepover is a constellation of residences conceived as narrative worlds—places where the intimacy of inhabiting becomes an aesthetic experience, and where design acts not as background but as accomplice. Each home carries its own identity, yet speaks the same language. It is the natural extension of the method developed in Milan: a research path that expands into new geographies without losing coherence.
It is not a hotel, not an apartment, and not a franchise.
It is a curated, emotional experience, signed Casaornella.

These are spaces meant to be lived, not merely visited. Inhabited show-houses where materials become memories and light becomes storytelling. A new approach to contemporary hospitality—personal, narrative, immersive.
Sleepover opens a wider system, stepping beyond the walls of the original Milano home to create a map of places designed to welcome those who wish to step into— even for a single night—Casaornella’s imaginative universe.
This marks the beginning of a new chapter.
A new gesture.
A new form of intimacy.
