Jimmy Fallon had a lot of questions for Timotheé Chalamet about his unexpected dinner with Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Pete Davidson, and Kim Kardashian. The stars gathered to celebrate Cudi’s birthday, but Chalamet did not know who was attending the dinner party.
“So, Kid Cudi is my favorite artist ever. I wouldn’t be acting without him. I just texted him one morning on his birthday, and he said “Oh, come to dinner tonight”.
I did not know that was what I was walking into.” Chalamet said.
It seems even someone like Timothée Chalamet (multiple Oscar nominees and BAFTA, Golden Globe, and SAG winner) can suffer from social anxiety and impostor syndrome. As he admits in the interview, Chalamet was so nervous about being there that he felt the need to go to the bathroom and ask his friends about what he should do or talk about.

“I felt like too much of fraud or something. I sent a text to my friends saying “Am I worth it? Does this make sense?” Chalamet said.
Fallon also questioned him about his early stages as an actor. Timothée gladly shared anecdotes about his childhood, his mother adding hilarious basic skills to his acting résumé, and his unknown talents, such as dancing and juggling.

But, overall, what stands out of the interview is Chalamet’s multiple accidental cursings. Hilariously so, the actor gets bleeped so many times he blushes and apologizes as the crowd laughs and Jimmy intervenes:
“You can’t say that word. Do you know how much money you’re costing NBC right now?” he joked.
