Thick, curly hair, a penetrating gaze, full lips: Michelangelo Vizzini splendidly embodies Italian beauty.
But he is also, and above all, an exquisite expression of pure and multifaceted talent (from singing to acting).
Born in Rome in 1999, Michelangelo is a rising star in the Italian and international film scene.
Today he is among the stars of Love Me, Love Me, the new film directed by Roger Kumble for Prime Video, and we met with him to talk about that, and life.

Michelangelo! How are you?
I’m good, thank you! It’s a very happy time in my life.

Please define the concept of art today.
For me, art is the courage to know yourself more deeply. It’s the ability to speak many languages that all tell the same story, and it’s truly the only moment when everything stops in a world that is always moving so fast.

When and how did your passion for acting begin?
I started around the age of 11. Music was my first love, and without thinking too much about it, I went from interpreting a song to interpreting a character. I think it all came from the need to tell something, to re-create beautiful emotions but also those that, in life, we sometimes don’t know how to handle. Acting is almost a form of therapy, and it has helped me listen to myself in everyday life as well.

You’re very popular on Socials, what does social media mean today?
Social media are definitely a connection to the world, full of opportunities and possibilities, but also a constant comparison that not everyone is able to manage. You always need to be aware that it’s a powerful tool, one to be used with the right precautions.

You made your television debut in 2013 on the popular Canale 5 talent show “Io Canto” (I Canto), and in 2019 on the cult show”Amici” (on the same network). How do you remember these experiences?
They were two experiences that happened at completely different stages

of my life. With Io Canto, there was definitely a lack of awareness that

later arrived with Amici. And it was inside Amici that I truly understood

I wanted to live off art every single day.

What’s your connection to music?

Will we see you singing again?

I don’t see music and acting as separate worlds. They’re two different

languages, but they can say the same thing. Lately, I’ve been focusing

more on cinema, but I’m still writing my songs, and I hope to share them with you soon.

2025 was a big year for you thanks to the release of Davide Manganaro’s “Creatives” series.
Can you tell us about this project?
It’s a true and powerful story about goals, setbacks and comebacks.
The series tells the story of young people who are trying to find their.
place in the world, and I had the privilege of portraying a brave man. who wasn’t afraid to believe in his dream until the end. Since it’s a series, we got to spend many months together and truly built strong bonds, with the crew, with the cast, and with the real people the story is based on, who were with us every day supporting us.

And just a few days ago, it was announced that you’ll be starring in

Roger Kumble’s Amazon Prime film, “Love Me, Love Me”.
Can you give us a spoiler-free summary of the film? Why should we watch it? Who do you play?
Exactly! I play Blaze Manor, the son of the headmaster at St. Mary’s School. It was an unforgettable experience, and with Roger we brought to life a character who, until now, existed only on the page, told tomillions of readers by Stefania S. Watch it if you like teen dramas, but also if you want to fall in love with characters who have an entire world to share and who simply want to be loved for who they are. And of course… because I’m in it.

Future projects?
Looking ahead, I’m working on projects that are challenging me in new ways. It’s a moment of growth, of studying, and I’m very curious to see where life will take me.
