Q) We saw you are a personal trainer and boxing fitness coach! How did you get into this line of work?
A) I actually originally started out doing kickboxing and Krav Maga because I was heavy into acting and wanted to have it on my resume as a one-up on competition for strong leading female roles in action films. I transitioned to boxing after a few years. My passion for all things fitness just continued to grow and one day after many years of learning, being trained, and mentoring, I decided I was ready to dive headfirst into making that passion my career.  
Q) Do you believe everyone has it within himself or herself to get in shape and start leading a healthier lifestyle? What would you say would be the most difficult thing to prepare yourself for when starting out?
A) I absolutely believe that everyone has it in them to start leading healthier lives. It really starts with loving yourself inside, though. Once you love you, taking care of yourself sort of naturally follows. THAT is the most difficult thing to overcome starting out – your mind. It plays so many tricks, especially if you suffer from anxiety and depression like myself. So put in that mental work! I am incredibly passionate about mental health overall with my clients and it’s because internal work is very important. 
Q) If you had to think of your main goal in life, even if this goal is seemingly impossible or it may not happen for quite some time, what would it be?
A) I would love to be able to work from my computer from anywhere in the world. I haven’t seen much of it and I have tons of places on my list. To me, being out in the world learning new things, connecting with people and experiencing other cultures, would be THE life. 
Q) Who would be one of your top inspirations in life currently and why this specific person?
A) I really don’t have one right now outside of myself. It’s odd that the first person that came to mind was me for this question because my self-love was never the best (it’s come light-years).  However, I have overcome and continue to overcome so much heavy shit. I manage to always surprise myself and whenever I get low, I remember just how far I have brought myself in life and it fuels me to not quit. If I can change my life this much for the better after everything, I really can do whatever I put my mind to. 
Q) Fashion has a major impact on many people’s lives, personally and professionally. Would you say there is anything specific about fashion that has been the most impactful or empowering in your life?
A) It’s just cool to me how putting on THE outfit changes your entire energy and being. When you look good, you feel good and that radiates from you.
