What happens when lingerie starts to move?

For HANRO, the answer was found on the dance floor. To celebrate its Fall/Winter 2026 collection Soft Motion, the Austrian heritage label took over Berlin’s legendary Clärchens Ballhaus for an intimate night of music, movement and performance; turning the collection’s central idea into something you could actually see, feel and almost touch.

As the live music filled the historic Spiegelsaal, the dance floor became a stage. Choreographer Gabriel Pitoni, who created both the Soft Motion campaign and Ich, Eurydike for Staatsoperette Dresden, brought the collection to life through an intimate contemporary performance featuring the campaign’s dancers. Bodies moved freely through the room, mirroring HANRO’s signature approach: close-fitting silhouettes, ultra-soft fabrics and precise cuts designed to follow the body rather than dictate it.

The setting felt instinctive. Founded in 1884 in Austria, HANRO has spent more than a century refining the idea of luxury as something intimate ; felt against the skin rather than displayed. At Clärchens Ballhaus, a Berlin institution with more than 100 years of dance history, that philosophy suddenly had a pulse.

The guest list reflected the same collision of fashion, art and performance, with Trystan Pütter, Susanne Wuest, Göksu Kunak, and Berlin State Opera principal dancers Haruka Sassa and David Motta Soares among those in attendance.

And the story doesn’t end at the campaign. As exclusive partner of Ich, Eurydike, HANRO will accompany Staatsoperette Dresden’s production throughout the season until April 2027, with selected HANRO Basic Styles worn by the ensemble.

From underwear to the stage, from skin to movement, HANRO is making softness perform.
