Balenciaga Unveils New Collection ‘Garde-Robe’ For Spring 2023 Campaign

Fashion house Balenciaga unveils their Spring 2023 campaign spotlighting their resort collection “Garde-Robe”. Balenciaga’s new collection consists of elevated ready-to-wear attire and elucidates a strong sense of formality and elegance emitted through the visuals of the campaign taken by photojournalist Joshua Bright. The resort collection was first displayed at a runway show on the grounds of the New York Stock Exchange, worn by masked models showcasing the attire.

The campaign features models Bella Hadid and Khadim Sock and actors Isabelle Huppert, Han So Hee, and Nicole Kidman, who recently made her runway debut at Balenciaga’s Couture show this year in July. The campaign visuals are pictured in office spaces and portray quintessential characters frequently found in office spaces wearing attire made of quality materials like silk and wool.

The apparel featured as part of the collection consists of oversized jackets, a trench coat (seen on Isabelle Huppert), and tailored trousers and skirts with blouses adorned in lettering of the Balenciaga logo. The colours in this collection are elegant and minimal, reflecting the mundane ambience of the office environment.
