In the conceptual editorial “The Fall,” the photographer explores the fragile boundary between good and evil, building a narrative where free will is merely an illusion. At the heart of the series is Lilith, a mythical figure reimagined as the bringer of knowledge and elemental force. Each image presents her in distinct forms, ruling over nature’s raw powers, with fire symbolizing enlightenment coursing through every portrayal.

Shot using a 35mm prime lens, the editorial prioritizes immersive scenes that fuse the subject with her natural surroundings. The use of natural light filtering through vegetation, enhanced with flash to draw out textures in prehistoric caves and rural southern Italian landscapes, grounds the imagery in timeless, mythic terrain.
Stylistically, the work draws from Man Ray’s surrealist sensibility and the Inferno cantos of Dante Alighieri, presenting the female form in surreal, dreamlike settings. In post-production, contrasts were pushed, with desaturated warm tones in fog-draped scenes creating a somber, ethereal mood.
The project is the result of tight-knit collaboration, with contributions from stylist Mariantonietta Amoruso, MUA Mari Amoruso, copywriter Claudia Carulli, and model Wendy Aisien, whose performance embodied the complex role with intensity and grace.
