Travis Barker has recruited a whole bunch of his pals for a huge first-of-its-kind pay per view event, House Of Horrors, a Halloween concert broadcasted from a private haunted estate.
Special guests at Travis Barker’s House of Horrors will include some of the very best of the pop-punk scene, like Machine Gun Kelly, Avril Lavigne, Mark Hoppus, Blackbear, Iann Dior, JXDN, and more. The “Queen of Rock” Allison Hagendorf, Danger Ehren from Jackass, and The Dingo will host the evening. Barker’s House of Horrors event will broadcast Oct. 28 at 10 p.m.
“This is the concert we all WISH we could go to,” Barker said in a statement.
The ‘House Of Horrors’ is set to be Travis’ Blink-182 bandmate Mark Hoppus’ first public event since he revealed he was cancer free, two weeks ago. He had confirmed in July that he’d been diagnosed with 4-A diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, after which he told fans that chemo was working. Now the Blink-182 bassist shared on social media the great news that he received after visiting his oncologist.
“Just saw my oncologist and I’m cancer free!!” Hoppus wrote “Thank you God and universe and friends and family and everyone who sent support and kindness and love”
Apart from that, we might wonder if this will be an occasion to get some other preview of the forthcoming album by Machine Gun Kelly, produced by Barker and announced last month (with both getting matching tattoos to mark the moment!). Early in September, Travis Barker took the stage of the MTV VMA’s alongside his frequent collaborator Machine Gun Kelly to perform Papercuts, the first single of ‘Born with ‘Horns’.
The livestream will air exclusively on platform NoCap, which has worked with artists like Jimmy Buffett, Foo Fighters, Machine Gun Kelly, Adam Lambert, G-Eazy, Weezer, Bad Religion and more. Created by musician, producer, and entrepreneur Cisco Adler, it is both a platform and promoter of premium livestream concerts and innovative experiences giving fans around the world access to incredible performances with an unlimited capacity. They hope to give fans all over the world a chance to see live shows by top-tier talent in storied venues with stunning visuals and concert-quality sound.
General admission tickets are going for $25 and VIP tickets for $35, these last ones come with extra perks, like tuning in early for the arrivals and interviews and staying for the after party. You can get them here.
