Paris-based photographer Monsieur Kay @monsieurkay, who has been working as a photographer for six years mainly focused on male photography, and who can also worked for Puma with Lewis Hamilton in London, presents this amazing fashion editorial with the handsome model Tom Leroy @tom_leroy7, who is represented by Williams Agency @williamsagency and Next Models @nextmodels.
Exclusively created for Vanity Teen online, in Dune du Pyla, Bassin d’Arcachon, France, it was shot during vacations and the model, who is just starting his modeling career, went to spend the day with the photographer in the south of france, on a wild beach. “I wanted rediscover the innocent and sensuality of summer,” says Monsieur Kay. Shot only using a Canon EOS R and different spots in one of the most incredible spots in the world, La dune du Pyla, a mountain of sand offering a unique and wild landscape, bordered by forest and long beaches.
Talking about how this editorial refelcts the photographer’s style, he says that “one of the strong parts of my work is based on black and white and the sensuality of the body,” By adding a touch of summer and a model as beautiful as Tom is the perfect combination and a gorgeous result!
In charge of the styling was Djimmi Williams @djimiwilliams who is the model’s agent, photographer, and runs the Williams Agency. He did a perfect job showcasing the sensuality and simplicity of the shoot. The team wanted to play with light clothes, beach textures, like cotton, and clothes that allow you to play with the skin like overalls.
Tom felt confident, terribly efficient and beyond following the photographer’s suggestions, and he offered a lot too! As the photographer says, “I pushed him a little to increase his sexy side,” and there’s no doubt that the photoshoot went amazingly!
