The Oscars unrolled the red carpet for one of our favorite fashionable moments of the year, welcoming a parade of celebrities who arrived flaunting their most stunning looks. The 94th Academy Awards took place on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at the famous Dolby Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles, California.
Hosted this year by Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes, the live show recognized the very best of film from 2021. Taking the stage to perform the Oscar-nominated songs where musicians Beyoncè, Sebastián Yatra, Billie Eilish and Reba McEntire.

Jessica Chastain, winner of the night on the Best Actress category for her role in The Eyes Of Tammy Faye, looked fantastic in a Gucci gown with a stunning ombrée colored beading work, with a bronze bodice fading into a lavender skirt with a ruffle detail at the bottom.
Actress Zendaya chose a custom ensemble from Maison Valentino Haute Couture designed by creative director Pier Paolo Piccioli. It consisted of a white satin cropped blouse and a sequined silver skirt. She completed the look with jewelry from Bulgari.
Red was definitely the color of the night. It was the choice for Kirsten Dunst, in a ruffled vintage Christian Lacroix ballgown paired with Fred Leighton jewelry. Ariana deBose, who took home the best supporting actress award for her role in West Side Story, wore a Valentino Haute Couture ensemble featuring a voluminous cape. Marlee Matlin sparkled in a long-sleeved Monique Lhuillier gown, paired with a contrasting Harry Winston lapis lazuli necklace.
Canadian actor Simu Liu chose a crimson custom Atelier Versace suit. Amy Forsyth wore a ruffled Marchesa dress with a prominent side slit. Meanwhile, Rosie Perez, one of the presenters of the night, looked amazing in a Christian Siriano gown with a sweetheart neckline and a dramatic train.
Nominated for best leading actress for her role in Madres Paralelas, Penelope Cruz was faithful to Chanel, her trusted firm. Her choice was a deep blue satin design with pockets and a sequined bow on the neck.
Timothée Chalamet surprised with a striking look by Louis Vuitton: a tuxedo jacket with lace and full of black sequins paired with pants from the SS 2022 womenswear collection. The jewelry was Cartier, featuring the Panthère necklace, rings and bracelets with emeralds, diamonds and onyx.
Olivia Colman, runner on the Actress in a Leading Role category for her part in The Lost Daughter dazzled in a silver pleated high-neck gown by Dior. She accesorized with sparkling Chopard jewelry.
Pink was also a popular choice for the night, especially in pale shades. Lily James went for an embellished lace dress with a very high slit by Atelier Versace from their Fall/Winter 2021 Couture collection. Mila Kunis wore Couture Zuhair Murad, which featured a single thick shoulder strap and belted waist. Zoë Kravitz arrived for her presenting duty in a bow dress by Anthony Vaccarello for Saint Laurent paired with a sparkling choker.
