Shakira and Burna Boy Are The Face Of Burberry’s 2022 Christmas Campaign

Anticipation for the festive season has heightened and Burberry’s new campaign aspires to capture that frivolous excitement that advances in time for Christmas day. Artists Shakira and Burna Boy are partnering with Burberry this season as the visuals of the latest campaign. With the Christmas campaign anointed “The Night Before”, Burberry aims to elucidate the excitement for the season through in an innovative manner.

The campaign video showcases Shakira and Burna Boy in Burberry attire. Burna Boy can be seen in apparel with Burberry’s renowned checkered prints while Shakira is seen in a beige attire, embellished in crystals and then in a pleated check print blouse with a nude trench skirt as she fiercely struts across dining tables.

As part of the campaign, garments such as beige trench coats were adorned with patterns such as EKD (equestrian knight design). As well as tulle-made garments and the iconic trench skirt worn by Shakira. There are also shirts with oak-leaf embellishments and suits with the EKD pattern seen on Burna Boy as part of the visual campaign.
