Sometimes, a shoot doesn’t need to have such an over-decorated theme to be stunning, especially when the beauty of the model can overshadow any narrative it attempts to convey. In this portrait series, photographer Oskar Cecere (@oskarcecere) captured under his lens international model Pivot Aurel (@pivot_official_), who is represented by Special Management (@specialmanagementment) in Italy.
The shooting, according to the photographer, is a simple homage to the beauty and youth of Pivot. We couldn’t agree more, as the essence and beauté of the Burundian model lie in the natural storytelling of his features that easily makes him stand. Shot in natural light in the studio of Oskar Cecere, Pivot wears a simple suit and a string of pearls he made himself. The photographer’s storytelling balances light and dark, smooth and textured. A soft, fresh, and enveloping portrait series that invites us to appreciate the beauty of the young model.
