It seems incredible, but The Notorious B.I.G. was always right when he released his second and last album in life. There is life after death, and that is the main message in each of the songs that have immortalized Biggie as one of the greatest rappers that ever lived. Because of this, Netflix wants to continue keeping the artist’s legacy alive and will release a documentary based on his life.
Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell is the name of the documentary and it will be released on March 1. The production will be led by Notorious B.I.G.’s mother, Violetta Wallace, and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The documentary will deal with Biggie’s early years, his albums (Ready to Die and Life After Death), Junior M.A.F.I.A., and his rise to fame. Also, it will feature the participation of Faith Evans, Lil Cease, and many others.
Recall that, last year, the Notorious B.I.G. entered in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. “Nobody has come close to the way Biggie sounds, to the way he raps, to the frequency that he hits,” Diddy said during the induction ceremony.
