The super talented photographer Sasha Olsen @sashaolsen presents this incredible fashion editorial exclusively created for Vanity Teen online with the 20-year-old reality TV star and new face model Micah Plath @micahplath represented by Wilhelmina LA @wilhelminalamen @wilhelminamodels.
This editorial was mainly inspired by the iconic Hollywood, the main reason why the team shot this editorial in a very special California vintage hotel with adds a certain dose of nostalgia for a magical bygone era that evokes the golden days. As the photographer himself states, “Micah was not only modeling but acting almost like he was in a musical like grease.”
The team built the moldboard around the typical California scenery with the rock’n’roll feel-good streetwear style with black clothes, a motorbike jacket, jeans, a simple crop top, etc.
This editorial was shot in West Hollywood, on a factory kind of place that also had an old motel from the 50s, which contributes to the whole mood of the editorial.
Micah was extremely comfortable throughout the photoshoot and he was very open to the concept of the shoot. He was very confident and brought a lot to this concept as a model.
