Continuing its modern expansion, Louis Vuitton unveils a new resort boutique and its first-ever Italian café in the enchanting city of Taormina, Sicily, further marking its global presence after opening a summertime café in Saint-Tropez.
The Louis Vuitton Café by Timeo
Operated by LVMH-owned Belmond, the Louis Vuitton Café by Timeo encapsulates the Mediterranean’s azure essence. The café, which is more than just an addition to the boutique, will offer an immersive experience, presenting food, entertainment, technology, and more, extending beyond the traditional range of apparel and accessories.
A Unique Gastronomic Experience
Located on the boutique’s first floor, the café will provide all-day services, from breakfast to lunch and aperitivo. Under the expert supervision of Chef Roberto Toro, the menu will offer a unique twist on signature Sicilian delicacies. The patrons can expect to enjoy treats like arancini, also known as fried stuffed rice balls, and refreshing beverages like the Taormina Spritz.
Boutique Interior Design
Embracing the Mediterranean color scheme of blue and white, the space is tastefully adorned with Fernando and Humberto Campana’s Bulbo armchairs and matching ceramic tiles, delivering an authentic Sicilian experience.
Highlighting the Pool Collection
The Taormina location is one among many resort stores Louis Vuitton has launched to showcase its Pool collection. The Pool collection, known for its blue and white color scheme, features ready-to-wear, bags, footwear, and accessories, along with a special edition of the signature Neverfull tote bag.
