New York-based photographer Harold Mindel @harold_mindel presents this fashion editorial exclusively created for Vanity Teen online with the model Garrett Merryfield @garrett_merryfield represented by Soul Artist MGMT @soulartistmgmt.
The photographer was looking for a beautiful male model in the classic sense with a beautiful face and a beautiful body with the ’80s and ’90s aesthetics, a model that could be shooting for the vintage campaigns of Versace, Ralph Lauren, and Calvin Klein. Harold Mindel decided to choose Garrett Merryfield as he has the looks of a by-gone era and he can do it all.
The photoshoot took place at the photographer’s studio located next to Central Park in Manhattan, and the model was so excited to be in New York after the first wave of covid to let up. His energy and excitement were referring to have in front of the camera.
“Photographing him was a dream. We decided to shoot him for an exclusive portrait series for Vanity Teen to capture his innocence. Mostly fashion, but with a little skin to show off his physique.
