Photographer Monica Lazzarato @monicalazzaratoph presents this fashion editorial exclusively created for Vanity Teen online with the model Dusaan Latinski @dusan.latinski represented by I Love Models Management @Ilovemodelsmanagement.
As the photographer told us, this editorial was inspired by different sides of Milan. “I live here since September and I’m still discovering the city, but one of the things that immediately surprised me is the coexistence of extremely distant realities; Milan is a city of contrasts,” she says. “For example here, the dynamic and fluid/inclusive fashion universe and the most closed Italian mentality coexist together.”
“I can see this strange reality even in the way the city is built: Milan is very chaotic and stressed, but at the same moment there are these huge parks that are true oases of peace. Our looks reflect precisely these dualities: we can see some fluid looks and others more classic, we can see a young boy who relaxes in a park with a bike and then a very static and serious boy inside the traffic.”
The equipment used to create this editorial was a Canon EOS6D and a 35mm lens, and the shooting took place outdoors, one part of the editorial in a big park named Giardini Indro Montanelli, and the other part in different spots in the city of Milan.
