French designer Matthieu Blazy is taking Bottega Veneta’s Fall/Winter 2023 runway collection to Beijing, China for a repeat presentation. This marks the third collection for Blazy as the creative director of the Italian luxury fashion house. The collection will also feature new looks created specifically for the Chinese capital’s runway showcase. Bottega Veneta has been expanding its presence in China, including Lunar New Year celebrations featuring a takeover of the Great Wall of China. The brand recently relaunched its Weibo account after deactivating all social media accounts in 2021. Additionally, rumors have sparked that K-pop star RM of BTS may become a global ambassador for the label. The FW23 show is scheduled to take place on July 20 in Beijing.
