Georgian designer Pridon Niguriani unveiled LEM’s Fall/Winter 2025/26 collection, Fashion is Art, at London Fashion Week, blending fashion and art into wearable masterpieces. Photographer Zuzu Valla immortalized the behind-the-scenes energy, showcasing the tension, creativity, and raw beauty of the creative process.
Inspired by his community of artists and a visit to Gallerie d’Italia, Pridon transformed garments into canvases. Each piece features hand-painted motifs—delicate portraits, tiny flowers, and wild animals—with some designs taking up to seven days to complete. Golden frames, reminiscent of gallery art, accentuate coats and trenches, redefining their silhouettes.
The collection merges military-inspired structure with artistic whimsy, featuring belted coats, striped pants, and bold accessories like chokers, sculptural hats, and theatrical masks. Staying true to his sustainable ethos, Pridon upcycled materials for accessories, highlighting his commitment to eco-conscious innovation.
“Fashion is more than clothing—it’s art,” Pridon remarked, celebrating the inseparable connection between artistic vision and sartorial design. LEM FW 25/26 is a testament to fashion as a profound form of expression.
