Banksy’s latest artwork, titled “Morning is Broken,” was destroyed shortly after its completion by a construction crew demolishing an abandoned farmhouse in Kent, England. The work featured a silhouetted cat and a child opening two iron sheets in the shape of curtains. Banksy confirmed the work on Instagram, but it is unclear if he knew of the house’s fate. The construction crew did not know it was Banksy’s work and felt sick after realizing it. This is the second Banksy work that has been demolished or removed in Kent County in a month.
