AMBUSH presents the campaign for its new collection in collaboration with Nike, presenting the brand’s fourth collaborative Dunk High this week, starring Yoon and Megan Thee Stallion. The collection features pink and green neon tones for the apparel as well as vibrant yellow sneakers.
Fashion and sport can collide in non-traditional and compelling ways, demonstrating how athletic wear can be transformed through culture. Inspired by Japan’s motorcycle subculture, I designed the Motorcycle Jacket and Pant to be as futuristically fashionable as they are functional. The collection’s bright pink and neon green colors nod to Tokyo’s bright lights and anime culture, illustrating the surprising ways sport can transform the aesthetics of daily life.
