If the new year has you craving sophisticated evenings, renewed energy, and a fresh start with your favorite spots, Manko on Avenue Montaigne is undoubtedly a place to discover. Reopened after a major renovation, this iconic Parisian establishment enters 2025 with a renewed identity, designed for long dinners, late-night cocktails, and lively gatherings after dark.
Reimagined by designer Sophie Lacroix, the space combines warm textures, brass accents, ambient lighting, and an open kitchen that brings movement and drama to the dining room.
In the kitchen, Peruvian chef Melio Oriundo Chavez continues to champion refined Nikkei cuisine, a sophisticated fusion of Japanese precision and Peruvian flair, now enhanced by a dedicated ceviche bar that places crudo at the heart of the experience.

The recently renovated Manko Bar, sculpted from red marble and enhanced with mirrored finishes, sets the tone for the evening. Beneath a striking suspended installation, tequila and mezcal-based cocktails make it a natural starting point or end to a night out.
On Thursday evenings, Manko Loko makes its grand return, where live jazz and percussion transform the bar into a rhythmic and energetic space, perfectly suited to the renewed social calendar of January. From business dinners and after-work drinks to festive evenings that stretch late into the night, Manko has established itself as one of Paris’s must-visit spots to ring in the new year—refined, vibrant, and undeniably festive.
