Balenciaga has just opened its third boutique in Brazil, located in the Iguatemi Shopping Mall in São Paulo. This new 3,230-square-foot store offers a wide range of ready-to-wear collections, shoes, bags, accessories, eyewear, and jewelry for both men and women.

The design of the store embraces Balenciaga’s “Raw Architecture” concept, which draws inspiration from construction sites and abandoned spaces. By incorporating existing elements, the design minimizes the use of raw materials, underscoring the brand’s commitment to sustainability. The store features rough concrete floors that mimic sidewalk bricks, untreated concrete panels on the walls and shelves to blend indoor and outdoor spaces, and visible industrial lighting systems. Display tables and chairs are made with locally produced vegan leather alternatives. Additionally, the store incorporates anodized metal, backlit shelves, and lightbox elements to complete its unique aesthetic.
