Check this out! TOGA VIRILIS @togaarchives Spring Summer 2023, is bringing some rad vintage Americana vibes to the streets of London. Get ready for a dope mix of East and West styles, featuring some sick shirts, pants, baggy shorts, Cuban heels, and a whole lot more.
The mastermind behind this sick label is Yasuko Furuta, who’s been playing around with that old-school Americana and Eastern-inspired design. And for the first time ever, they’re hitting up London for their Spring/Summer 2023 lookbook, shot by Valeria Herklotz and styled by Eliza Conlon.
This season, it’s all about subverting the usual formal look. We’re talking shirts and pants taking center stage in the SS23 collection. You’ll find some rad embroidered jellyfish, pine trees, and pineapples, as well as Hibiscus prints and bold colors. Plus, they’re rocking Western metal belt clip-detailed bolo ties for that extra Americana touch.
Feeling that college vibe? They got you covered with a burgundy cardigan featuring V-neck embroidered border detailing, giving it a vintage feel. And don’t miss those intarsia patterns on button-downs that look like suspenders, perfect for rocking with a pair of wide-fit checkerboard shorts.

Those shorts match up with trousers and a Western-detailed chore jacket, while some flowing buckle-fastened car coats, fringed denim, Cuban boots, and studded accessories complete the SS23 lineup.
