SOCIAL MEDIA
Today there are many platforms to buy followers, comments, and likes for any kind of social media platform: Instagram, Facebook, or even YouTube. Instagram doesn’t ban the accounts who use these tricks but what they do is to punish them on the EDGERANK.
Careful! You need to keep in mind many variables for the EDGERANK such as the time you upload the post and the number of posts. You can’t trust Instagram or Facebook accounts with one million followers and only 10k likes. That means that they only reach to >1% of their followers. Only with accounts who reach more or less to 10% of their followers might be considered real, even though this is not entirely true.
You must doubt from those accounts you see that only upload one post every two or three days and have 10k likes because that could mean that they are buying likes! You can easily buy 1k likes on the internet for just 9USD and pretend that your account is the best in the market!!
Don’t trust accounts with low activity and lots of likes
The easiest way of knowing whether an account is buying likes or not is very simple: read the comments. Usually, it is the editor or contributors who comment to boost the post ranking. Another option is to read the names who follow them or the profiles who like the post. If they buy them it is likely those accounts have Russian, Arab or Indian names followed by lots of random numbers, as for example KASPAYIOSKA131255.

There are many ways to know whether a website is real or fake. I will now tell you from my professional experience how to know the right metric of a good website and the tools I use. These are the things to have in mind when valuing a website:
SPEED
Speed is the key to placing your website in a good position on Google. There is an official Google tool to value a website’s speed. There are loads of tools to do this but Google is the only one who is going to place your website in his own ranking, so what better tool to do this than Google’s?
We are talking about PageSpeed Google. It gives a score from 0 to 100. The higher the number the better your website is. These levels will change when improving your analysis system.
Your web’s loading speed affects the conversation, the bouncing rate and indexability
KEYWORDS
The amount of keywords is very important to know a website’s traffic. But be careful. To know your client’s real data it is important to ask them for permission to access their Google Analytics to know him better.
You can also use some of the better tools in the market right now such as SEMRUSH or MOZ to know these metrics. They are very expensive (100UDS/moth for each one of them) but also very accurate.
However, you must know that there are many websites that use different keywords from the content or even sexual keywords only to get more fake traffic and therefore to increase their website’s value and overall traffic. To know if the website’s traffic is the same as the content published you need to calculate its bouncing rate and the standing time. Those are two of the ways to know if a website uses fake strategies to inflate their results.
According to some standards, any bouncing rate greater than 50% is considered high and between 20% and 50% is considered low.

SPAM SCORE
These are the scores you need to bear in mind. In domains with a spam score starting from 5 or 6, you need to be careful to invest in those websites. At the end of this article, I will attach a link to MOZ where you will be able to check the power of a domain and its spam score. It is a free tool but with limited inquiries.
COUNTRY VIEWS
Be careful with websites that have views from countries such as India, Russia and more eastern countries, they are very popular locations for the so-called bots, which make a website have more fake traffic and easily look like a popular and good quality website.
To avoid this fraud ask for permission to access their Google Analitycs and look for the countries their views come from. This is the list of countries which view my website:
ORIGINAL CONTENT
Original content is one of the most important things for Google to rank a website. You must do the same with tools like Siteliner.
Siteliner is a free tool that checks the website’s original content percentage and also the duplicated content percentage.
In this graphic below my website’s statistics are shown: 53% of original content in Vanity Teen, a very interesting feature to have in mind if you are looking for a place to promote your brand.
