This year’s edition is divided into two weekends, April 15, 16, and 17 and April 23, 24, and 25, for established artists, emerging artists, and bands. Coachella is a festival created in 1999 by Paul Tollett and Rick Van Santen and held every year since then in Indio, California, in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado desert.

On the first day of the concert saw on stage: Princess Nokia, Bishop Briggs, Ari Lennox, Carly Rae Jepsen, Anitta, Arcade Fire, Lil Baby, Daniel Caesar, and Harry Styles among others.
Megan Thee Stallion kicked things off with “Megan’s Piano” from her 2021 album Something for Thee Hotties, In addition to her greatest hits, Stallion performed a new unreleased track. “This song is very fcking personal to me, and that’s who I might be interested in, and I really feel like my ladies are going to fck with me on this one, so cut that sh*t out,” she said.

Festival highlights
The presence of Justin Bieber was one of the surprise guests that left the Californian audience speechless. He jumped on stage shirtless and performed “Peaches” with Daniel Caesar, a song that is included in Justin’s album “Justice”, released last year.
Snnop Dog. Together with Anitta, the duo performed a rendition of Bridgers’ “Graceland Too.”, the rapper singing while smoking a joint on stage and her wiggling around him.
Harry Styles. The artist brought to the stage a legend like Shania Twain with whom he sang the song ‘Man! I Feel Like a Woman.
Arcade Fire wanted to remember the Ukrainian citizens who are living the horror of war and before singing the first chords of the song ‘The Suburbs’, with which he honored all Ukrainians said: “I want to dedicate this to everyone in Ukraine. Everyone in a punk rock band in Ukraine right now. I’m thinking of everyone who is dealing with the war right now.”
