There is something poetically fitting about the bond between Napapijri and Alberto Toma.
Two stories born in 1987, when Napapijri redefined outdoor apparel with a spirit of adventure and exploration, while Alberto Tomba claimed his first World Cup victory in Sestriere. Today, the two are intertwined once again at the height of a visionary project designed to revive and reinterpret the sporting and cultural legacy of the Ski Legend.
The Journey unfolded across three chapters.
The first, in December 2024 on his birthday, an editorial photoshoot introduced a new narrative around Alberto: contemporary, spontaneous, powerful.

The second took shape in June 2025 with the documentary “1.14 – An Alberto Tomba Story”, presented at the Milano Film Festival. Through archival footage and previously unreleased interviews, it revealed the depth of a champion whose impact reaches far beyond the slopes.

The third and most recent chapter is the Fall/Winter 2025/26 campaign, a journey that takes Alberto from the city to the peaks, celebrated through installations, billboards, and special events in Milan and Courmayeur.

A year with Alberto Tomba: a tribute, a rediscovery, and proof of how a shared vision and aligned values can transform a legacy into a new story.
