Berlin-based lingerie label Low Season is making its debut with a refreshingly understated approach to intimate apparel. Founded by Nata Bryantseva, the creative force behind Avgvst, the new brand officially launched online on 30 July 2026, introducing a collection of elevated silk essentials designed to prioritize comfort over convention.
Rather than embracing decorative lace and overt sensuality, Low Season proposes a quieter kind of luxury. Crafted from premium Italian mulberry silk, the debut collection includes the Essential Bra (€105) and Essential Panties (€65), available in Cava, Signature Orange, and Black. Every design has been engineered for daily wear, particularly for women who typically avoid bras altogether.

At the heart of the collection is a meticulous construction that rethinks familiar lingerie details. The bra features a hand-sewn hook-and-eye closure wrapped entirely in silk to eliminate abrasive fastening tape against the skin, while silk-covered straps replace traditional exposed elastic. Completing the design are remarkably soft titanium underwires that provide support without discomfort. The result is lingerie that feels almost imperceptible, reflecting the brand’s philosophy that comfort should never require compromise.
“The lingerie industry has spent decades telling women how they should look in underwear. We were more interested in how underwear actually feels when nobody is looking,” says founder Nata Bryantseva.
Low Season also introduces a subtle visual signature that rejects traditional lingerie embellishments. Instead of decorative bows, each piece is finished with a miniature white plastic chair charm, hand-sewn using orange silk thread—a playful reference to relaxed holidays and the simple furniture found in seaside cafés.
The brand’s aesthetic originated during an unplanned walk along the beaches of Mallorca, where Bryantseva found inspiration in the understated beauty of an off-season coastal café. Its orange signage became the label’s signature hue, while the café’s vertical blade sign inspired the placement of the brand tag along the side seam of every garment. The resulting visual language is minimal, nostalgic, and quietly distinctive.

Beyond lingerie, Low Season expands its universe with a curated selection of vintage Italian advertising ashtrays dating from the late twentieth century. Once created for cafés, transport companies, and local businesses, each unique object retains its original commercial graphics and patina, offering collectors a small piece of everyday European design history.
With its debut, Low Season positions itself within a growing movement toward thoughtful essentials, proving that luxury lingerie doesn’t need embellishment to feel special. Instead, the brand offers something increasingly rare: beautifully crafted pieces designed for the wearer rather than the observer.
