The Arrival of FENDI’s Spring 2024 Men’s Collection
The FENDI Men’s Spring 2024 collection made its debut as planned at FENDI’s new leather goods factory in Bagno a Ripoli. In addition to the brand’s latest prêt-à-porter men’s collection, the showcase also spotlighted 57 bag styles conceived by Silvia Venturini Fendi.
The New Season: A Nod to “Artisans”
The new season draws heavily on the motif of the “artisan”. Workwear gets a fresh interpretation through topstitching and measuring tape trim around the neck. Work aprons and tool belts come equipped with a set of traditional tools for leather processing. Furthermore, to reflect the natural side of craftsmanship, many pieces are dyed with natural dyes. For instance, tank tops and mesh dresses come in nettle hues, while some bespoke pieces boast an embossed floral jacquard effect inspired by the flora surrounding the factory.

Embracing Botanical Materials and Sensuality
The collection also features items made from botanical materials, including a range of unpainted indigo and F-weave logo jacquard Denim tinted pieces. At the same time, the brand’s subtle sensuality is reflected in open-collar shirts and open-back design points.
FENDI’s Reflection on Craftsmanship and Technology
FENDI demonstrates that while many things are created for profit, they can still retain authenticity. The term “handmade” invokes classics and residuals, yet it’s important to note that many artisans are currently using highly specialized techniques to elevate their craft. As the fruits of scientific and technological wisdom strutted down the runway, the workers, too, have been striving to uphold respect for and the preservation of craftsmanship and culture.
