Dua Lipa and Donatella Versace team up for an irresistible summer fashion collaboration, the “La Vacanza” collection.
After co-chairing this year’s Met Gala, Dua Lipa‘s influence in the fashion world keeps growing stronger. The Grammy-winning artist has now partnered with Donatella Versace to co-design a see-now, buy-now women’s collection for Versace, titled “La Vacanza.”
The star-studded launch event is set to take place in Cannes on May 23, during the famous film festival, though not officially on its calendar.
The versatile singer and the legendary designer have had a longstanding relationship since they first met in London back in 2017. Lipa has graced Versace’s Fall 2021 campaign and opened and closed their Spring 2022 show at Milan Fashion Week in dazzling style.
“La Vacanza” promises to be a dazzling showcase of Lipa and Versace’s shared vision for a vibrant, fearless summer wardrobe.
With both artists excited to work together, the upcoming collection promises to capture the magic and colors of summertime. The exclusive fashion show in Cannes will offer an intimate glimpse into their creative synergy.
“I am so very proud of this collection and cannot wait to debut it in Cannes,” said Dua Lipa.
Donatella Versace added, “Dua is strong, fearless, and free, and her creative vision is exceptional.”
Mark your calendars, fashion enthusiasts: the “La Vacanza” collection will be available in stores and online right after the show.
