We are saddened to report that French designer Thierry Mugler has passed away.
The news broke on his official Instagram account, with a statement that reads: “We are devastated to announce the passing of Mr. Manfred Thierry Mugler on Sunday, January 23, 2022. May his soul rest in peace,”
An all-round artist and extraordinary creative, Mugler also ventured into the world of stage, film, photography, music, and fragrance design. He leaves a great legacy of contributions to the fashion industry behind and will be dearly missed.
