Louis Vuitton unveils its first-ever beauty collaboration, bringing together Dame Pat McGrath and Nicolas Ghesquière for a limited-edition collection inspired by Monogram Dune and Monogram Infrarouge.

Louis Vuitton is opening a new chapter in its beauty story, bringing together two names that need little introduction: Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of the Maison, and Dame Pat McGrath, Creative Director, Cosmetics. Together, they are behind the first-ever La Beauté Louis Vuitton collaboration, a limited edition that takes a creative partnership shaped over years of runway shows beyond the backstage.
At the heart of the collection are two iconic canvases, Monogram Dune and Monogram Infrarouge, chosen to celebrate 130 years of the Louis Vuitton Monogram. Two visual codes become two distinct beauty worlds, different in attitude yet designed to coexist: on one side, softness, light, and a more intimate sensuality; on the other, strength, shadow, and bolder energy.

Duality runs through the entire collection. Monogram Dune and Monogram Infrarouge explore a femininity that refuses to be defined by a single aesthetic: delicate yet powerful, understated yet bold, luminous yet mysterious. This idea comes to life in a limited-edition collection for eyes and lips, built around two distinct yet complementary beauty stories. Rather than choosing between two versions of yourself, the point is to play with both.

And while the collaboration itself is a first, the creative partnership between Ghesquière and McGrath is anything but new. Pat McGrath has been creating beauty looks for Louis Vuitton’s runways for more than two decades, translating each collection into makeup that amplifies its attitude and emotion. Season after season, her creative relationship with Ghesquière has evolved into a language of its own.

The runway has been their laboratory; backstage, the place where that dialogue has taken shape. Now, La Beauté Louis Vuitton brings that same energy into everyday life, turning a creative connection born behind the scenes into something to wear every day. More than a collab, it feels like the natural next step in a creative conversation that has been unfolding for years. Only this time, it doesn’t end when the runway lights go down.
