Wednesdaynight, Alpinestars RSRV and HELIOT EMIL hosted an exclusive preview of their newest footwear collaboration, “The Art of Protection”, during Paris Fashion Week.
Protection has always had a purpose: keeping us safe, performing under pressure, surviving extremes. But what happens when it steps out of its original world? When track gear meets the city, and industrial components meet everyday life? This new chapter reflects a shared interest in how high-performance equipment can change purpose, where safety technologies, industrial components, and ergonomic systems are recontextualized.
That’s the ongoing inquiry between HELIOT EMIL and Alpinestars RSRV. This collaboration explores how high-performance technology changes when it leaves its context, how engineered materials can mi- grate into wardrobes without losing their identity. Suddenly, what was hidden becomes visible. What was purely functional becomes part of the story.
