The collection explores the idea of connection through a fictional character named August, reflecting on how people and objects relate, separate, and reunite over time. Symbols of duality, such as paired telephone receivers and garments designed for two, evoke both closeness and distance in quiet, poetic forms.
Each NEU_IN season unfolds through a new character drawn from Kim’s personal memories. August recalls the designer’s school years, capturing moments of curiosity and intimacy through the curved, precise silhouettes that define the brand’s universe.
