The Parisian apartment of Karl Lagerfeld, carrying a guide price of 5.3 million euros (5,764,635.38 USD) is up for auction. This three-bedroom apartment spans 260 square meters within a 17th-century building on Quai Voltaire, boasting views of the Seine River and the Louvre. Lagerfeld spent two and a half years renovating the apartment before moving in 2007, transforming it into a space with a futuristic aesthetic featuring concrete and silicone flooring and frosted glass corridors, creating a stark atmosphere. He lived there until his passing in 2019. The auction for the apartment will take place on March 26 at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
